Making profile on freelancing sites

I started making profile on the two sites I thought were the biggest. I also tried to open a profile on another site, but it needed a national id card to complete it. So it’s at a paused state now.
Making profile at the sites is usually a long process. But you have to stick with it and finish it. I worked like 1 hour or more in each site to complete the profiles. They want previous experience there, and a portfolio option too. I used my three experience.
I made an html website and earned 1st prize in college annual science contest.
I made website for university department, which is a big thing.
I made a client site, this was my one and only online work that earned me money.
Now if you don’t have such works, don’t worry. They are really easy to learn. You can experiment and decide which type of website you want to develop. And you can do other stuff too. There are a lot of options to choose from at the freelancing sites.
Then came a part where you choose your area of expertise on the site. This helps in finding works later. The works that come up will be according to what you select at this stage. But you can’t select every type of work there. There are limits to how many work areas you can select.
