Plugin installing work as a freelancer

Plugin install is categorized as simple or easy freelancing job. You may ask why? The answer is, it’s really easy to perform. You will not be required to do a whole bunch of work. The website will be already set up. The client will ask you of a definite task that can be done by a plugin. Most of the people don’t know which plugin would work for their specific task at hand. So they go to freelancing sites and asks someone to do the work. It basically consist of
1.Understanding what the client wants to accomplish.
2.Searching for a plugin that would accomplish the task
3.Installing the plugin on the website.

That’s it! You won’t have to actually do the task, you will find a way to do the task easily.

Now most of the new freelancers don’t know how to install a plugin. In this article I’ll show how to do the above steps in an imaginary situation. You need to keep in mind that there are a lot of types of websites out there, the plugins are available for all types of website too. They are chunk of codes that integrate with the website’s core codes to utilize a new type of facility. Most of the people that wants some plugin install in freelancing sites are looking for wordpress or joomla plugins. I’ll show you how to get a wordpress plugin installed in a wordpress website as per the clients demand.

Let’s say the client wants a plugin or system that would insert and advertisement inside each and every article of his website. The situation is this
1.Understanding what the client wants to accomplish: He has a website, there is a lot of articles there. He has an advertisement code, he wants to show the advertisement in every article of his website. It is possible without any code by manually inserting the code in every article of the site. But it is a tedious work. So he needs a way around to manually inserting the code.
2.Searching for a plugin that would accomplish the task: Look for the website type, if it’s a wordpress website, search in the wordpress plugin directory. Or you can directly search in any search engine. Include these word in the search keywords : ad on every article wordpress . Voila! The results that will be shown will most likely have a lot of plugins. Just read the description of the plugins. Find out which will be most suitable for the client.
3.Installing the plugin on the website: Once you find the appropriate one, download it. It will be most cases a zipped file. Then login to the clients website, look for any buttons inside the control panel marked “Plugins”, and in there look for “install” button. There would be an option of uploading the plugin. Browse to the plugin and click on install or upload. Then you may need to activate the plugin too.
In this case, the client will most likely want you to insert the code too. Just do as the description of the plugin said.

Writing work in freelancer

Writing jobs are really easy for those who have the tiniest amount of creativity. It means you can produce good writings yourself. It may be inspired by some article elsewhere, but it’s not bad. Inspiration is the first step to creativity. You can not follow the original concept to the whole length though, you have to come up with your stuff too.
The type of writing works that are found in freelancing jobs are:

So they look for a writer who would produce it for them. Don’t worry, no one will be asking you to do a very hard post. Generally you will be provided with some keywords and then asked to write about them. The important thing is the keyword of the article, in easy words, it’s the main topic of the article. You will be asked to write upto 500 words in the article. It’s not that hard, you just need to brainstorm your ideas, think about the keyword, research a little and you are ready to write.
3.Forum post: A forum stays alive for it’s users communication. There are many ask and answer forums, and you may be hired to answer other peoples questions. The forum may be a hosting support forum, tech support forum where a lot of trivial questions are asked daily. Like what is the nameserver of this hosting is a typical question in hosting forums. And does this phone has 3g support may be a question in a tech forum. You won’t find it hard to answer these questions. Most people just can’t find them and ask them in a minute of searching, even though the answer is right there.
4.Facebook comment:It’s an easy job, as you can guess from the name of it. Someone is writing something important, or at least important to him and he needs like and comments or real people. He can hire you for your expertise!
5.Review writing: It’s like a books review writing or a tv show or movie review writing. You need to read some of the review of this type and you can write them too. Just don’t be too much strict, mix it up a little. Report and description writing are similar works.
6.Story writing: Some one will mention a genre of the story and you will write it. Like teen romance and fantasy novels are very popular now a days. So they will ask you to write one. They may also provide the plot or gist of the story, you’ll need to expand it to a novel with good quality. You must be familiarized with the recent best sellers to be skilled for this.
7.Shadow or ghost writing: When they ask you to write a story book which they will publish as their own, with out any mention of you whatsoever is called shadow or ghostwriting.
8.Idea writing: It’s the type of job which will ask you how to renovate an idea or invent one.
9.Seo article optimization: It’s the search engine optimized writing task. But most of the time you already have the article, you just need to make it polished for the search engines. Make the desired level of keyword density, write upto that length and other seo work. It’s easy as the article will be already there, you just need to say it in a different way. It’s also called article rewriting.

Which skill may be of use in freelancing?
If you are new to the whole freelancing concept, then at first you have to figure out which skill you should be using to do your online work. It may be a lot easier if you just try a simple assessment of the jobs posted on various freelancing websites. Many people sign up  a lot of hope of doing freelancing income, but just after signing in, they are faced with a question of which job is doable by them. They can guess the type of work they will be required to do when they sign up, as every freelancing site has an option to choose which skills the freelancer will deal with when signing up. Even that time it is not possible to fully understand the works. As you can see, most of them are in the medium category, and even if you don’t know how to do any of them, here’s the good news, you can learn to develop the skills required to do them. And when I say learning, many of you may think it’s the hardest part, but learning to install any website script is a real easy job, the difference is some choose to learn it, very easily too, and other thinks that it’s too hard for them to learn. If you are willing to learn, you can go upto the medium category skills and earn utilizing them. Most of the skills are very easy to develop when you have some kind of easy and clear to understand documentation. This site will provide just the same.
